In the spirit of Isabella Rossellini, I'm shifting my focus to school full time studying Animal Science.
While I’m working longer days, I’m only working two days a week. The way I schedule my appointments is back to back without much buffer time between. With that being said, there’s not much wiggle room to change appointment times. I would much rather roll in a “play it by ear/flexible” way, but for the foreseeable future I don’t have much flexibility for changing appointments, adding services to existing appointments or squeezing folks in. You can absolutely join my waitlist on my booking site to be notified of any cancellations.
As a reminder, I’m not accepting new clients at this time.
My existing/regular clients typically pre book when they come in for their appointments which leaves limited slots when I open my calendar. If you’re not seeing anything open, it’s because I’m at capacity for the month.
To make sure you’re getting a timely response from me, I’m going to ask that any hair related inquiries be sent to my work number (919-495-4332) or my email address so that I can keep things organized and get in touch promptly. I unfortunately don’t check Instagram enough to see messages there in a timely manner.
I’ve set aside time on Wednesdays as an office day for checking emails and texts.

Unfortunately, I am currently not accepting new clients in Durham.

I open my books in two month periods at a time. Existing clients will receive a booking link two weeks before the next booking cycle opens on the 15th of that month. There is a link to sign up for my Waitlist through my booking site for existing clients.
Please note: I check emails, texts and do all of my hair related admin on Wednesdays and Saturdays during the week.
Books for March & April are open for existing clients.

I’m located at Velvet Petal Collective in Durham. The address is 820 Broad Street. There is complimentary parking behind the building. It’s the pink building just off the corner of Broad & Green!

I check emails, texts and do my admin during my office day on Wednesdays.

If you cancel within 24 hours of the service, the cancellation fee is 20% of the service. If I need to cancel or shift your appointment within 24 hours, you’ll receive 20% off of your rescheduled service.
The cancellation fee does not apply to anyone who’s airing on the side of caution with being sick! I’d rather reschedule.
Late Policy:
I do my best to stay on track during the day, but can get off schedule at times. I will do my best to let you know so you can plan accordingly. If you’re running behind, just text me to give me a heads up. Most of the time we can see what we have time for when you arrive!

I typically wear an over the ear mask, especially around cold and flu season. If you would prefer that I wear a K-95 for you or your loved ones who are immune compromised I’m happy to! Just give me a heads up before your appointment.
